ExFiltV3 (ExFilt version 3) is a program that calculates the drawdown time of water in storm water ponds and exfiltration systems under saturated flow or ground water mounding conditions. It uses the Simplified Analytical Method to make this calculation. The program has been reviewed by the St. Johns Water Management District of Florida and added to their list of approved programs.
